Legal basis for the treatment

This site processes data primarily on the basis of the user's consent. The consent is given through the banner at the bottom of the page, or through the use or consultation of the site, as conclusive behaviour. By using or consulting the site, visitors and users approve this privacy policy and consent to the processing of their personal data in relation to the methods and purposes described below, including any disclosure to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service. The data provided for consultancy or professional assignments are processed on the basis of the fulfilment of a contract and the fulfilment of a legal obligation. In these cases specific information is provided.
 

Purpose of the treatment

The processing of data collected by the site, in addition to the purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the service, is aimed at the following purposes:

- Statistics (analysis)

Collection of data and information in an exclusively aggregated and anonymous form in order to verify the correct functioning of the site. None of this information can be traced back to the individual user of the site and does not allow in any way identification. Consent is not required.

- Security

Collection of data and information to protect the security of the site (spam filters, firewalls, virus detection) and Users and to prevent or expose fraud or abuse of the site. The data is automatically recorded and may also include personal data (IP address) that may be used, in accordance with applicable laws, to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or otherwise harmful or criminal activities. Such data is never used for the identification or profiling of the User and is periodically deleted. Consent is not required.

- Ancillary activities

Communicate the data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service (e.g. comment box), and allow third parties to perform technical, logistical and other activities on our behalf. Suppliers have access only to personal data necessary for the performance of their duties, undertake not to use the data for other purposes and are required to process personal data in accordance with current legislation.

- Professional advice and assignments

In case of spontaneous sending of data to request professional advice or for a professional assignment, the data will be used for the sole purpose of evaluating the assignment and for the possible fulfilment of the same. In such cases specific information will be provided.
 

Collected data

This site collects user data in two ways.

- Data collected automatically

While browsing Users, the following information may be collected and stored in the server log files (hosting) of the site:

- Internet Protocol (IP) address;

- parameters of the device used to connect to the site;

- name of the Internet service provider (ISP);

- date and time of visit;

- visitor's home page (referral) and exit;

- the number of clicks, if any.

- Data provided voluntarily

The site may collect other data in case of voluntary use of the services by users, such as comment and communication services (contact forms, comment box), and will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service:

- e-mail address;

Place of treatment

The data are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller.

 

Period of data retention

The data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or made anonymous, unless there are additional purposes for their preservation.

The data (IP address) used for site security purposes (attempts to block the site due to damage to the site) are kept for 30 days.

Data for analysis purposes (statistics) are stored in aggregate form for 24 months.

 

Transfer of collected data to third parties

The data collected from the site is generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request of the judicial authorities and only in the cases provided for by law; to carry out security checks or to optimize the site.

It may be provided to one or more partners only and exclusively for the provision of a specific service requested by the User (e.g. in the case of the purchase of Packages and Offers that involve the provision of services by third parties).

 

Data transfer to non-EU countries

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook and Instagram through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized according to specific decisions of the European Union and the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular Resolution 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield - here the information page of the Italian Guarantor), for which no further consent is required. The above mentioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

 

Security measures

We process visitor/user data lawfully and correctly, taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information when it is sent, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information in transit. The processing is carried out using computerized and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of agents involved in the organisation of the site or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, hosting providers) may also have access to the data.
