The flat is located on the first floor of a building with direct access to the beach Renovated in 2022, it offers guests all the comforts of modernity including hot/cold air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has two balconies: one used as a small laundry room with access from the master bedroom, the other, larger, with access from the living room and equipped with a table and chairs and with a view of the sea. The orientation of the latter allows one to enjoy wonderful sunsets over the sea. The condominium courtyard provides direct access to the beach at Bagno Venere where, during the summer season, guests will be provided with a beach umbrella, sunbed and deckchair.
